On the North East side of beautiful Carbon Canyon Park in Brea you’ll find gorgeous California Live Oaks, a rustic wooden fence, and a meadow lined with clovers and wood chips. It’s the perfect spot to let loose with the family and have some fun.

Redwood Grove Trail - Yorba Linda

During the 70s, a bank, as a promotion, gave away Redwood seedlings to people who opened new accounts. After it ended, they donated the leftovers to the OC Parks, which in turn planted them at Carbon Canyon in Brea! This is a really special location and a secret among the locals.

The most enchanting aspect of this location is that it’s always empty, save for the occasional passing cowboy on horseback. It’s happened only once, but it’s totally a possibility! So saddle up for a fun session with gorgeous light filtering through the trees, casting a warm glow over everything. Along with a majestic rustic fence that borders a grassy, tree-filled pasture, this spot holds a special place in my heart.
