The Leon Family

It's been a rather dry winter, but I was able to find a patch of flowers at William R. Mason Regional Park in Irvine, and it really paid off. These two young kiddos loved picking their favorites, and there was plenty of space to play too. We really all just had a blast with this one. The kids were just pure gold, and I even had a moment alone with the parents for a couple of romantic shots in the trees.

The Stark Family

Meeting at one of my favorite locations, Yorba Regional Park in Anaheim, this lovely family was looking for something to adorn their annual Christmas card. It was late November, and the dusty brown and yellow fall leaves rustled in the wind as a light sprinkle brought the smell of wet foliage whispering through the air. (Sorry for the artsy fartsy description! I swear it won...will probably happen again.) Also, Check out my blog on this location!

The Kim Family

For an unconventional family session in Los Angeles, it doesn't get any more artsy than a session at LACMA. This particular one was uniquely special because it's where the parents had their engagement session. With their adorable bespeckled children now in tow, they were able to christen a new chapter in their life together. (Always got to get a shout-out to my fellow 4 eyes!)

The Sondhi Family

One of my rare morning sessions at Anaheim's Yorba Regional Park, and wow, it was definitely worth getting up early for. The boys were surprisingly chipper, and honestly, the whole family was ready to have fun and get goofy. It really shows when everyone is in the moment, creating memories together instead of just trying to capture that perfect "proof of life photo".

The Moradian Family

I love it when a family comes prepared for their session! They arrived early, had on amazing outfits with a nice neutral color palette, and even brought some whimsical props. The kids were in good spirits, and Jeffrey Open Space Trail in Irvine was in prime form. (Really an amazing spot if you've never checked it out.)

The Santoso Family

This was the second time I've had the pleasure to shoot this delightful family. Sometimes it's nice to take a break from the excitement of the little kiddos and have a nice calm session. Jeffrey Open space in Irvine was in prime form this evening. The golden light just caught the tops of the tall grass and a few fall leaves still clung to the tips of the trees. Another winter classic in SoCal.
